Long Friday Nights

It seems like it's been a while since I have posted, I don't have too much to say really. I can say that if you, the reader, were lucky enough to be reading my blog for the last couple of hours you would have seen this extreme changing of backgrounds. I feel like my background has got to be just so. But it's not working, I still am not satisfied. It however is better than what it was before.

I didn't even know it was 1:00 A.M. I must be a pathetic loser.

Rex Lee Run

Today was a momentous day. I was in the 5k for the Rex Lee Run for cancer. There was a time in my life that I never thought something like that would ever happen. But it did and it was wonderful. I stayed with Megan the whole time, and it was most enjoyable. AND there was a great deal of people from the ward there that is for sure. I liked what Kathrine had to say about the event. It was something to the effect of it's wonderful that we donate money to a great cause to find cancer because not only are we donating funds for the research, we also are physically sacrificing for it too. It means so much to us that we would show that we care.

It may have not quite gone like that, but that is the way I went away feeling. Anyway here are some moments to remember the day.

Council Bluffs

I wish this would have been posted earlier, but I couldn't help it-at work the internet blocks all websites worth looking at because of the kids, other wise I could have posted at work or something. I am also on campus and my computer is doing something funny. Actually it's been doing something funny for a few days now and I am not sure what to do about it. Anyway, some pictures (only some because I don't have all of them, but I will and want to.

The Bluff's Beast

We of course had to fight and kick the beast's trash.

We had a few casualties.

A few noble sacrifices.

It all worked out in the end.

The happy couple's first dance.

We of course were dancing to spice girls.

I believe this was the beat it dance.

It was a beautiful moment outside the temple that is for sure.

We were on our way to wedding party pictures and we found this amazing sight. If you look carefully you can see the fourth dog and the dog sled on the top. I don't know how popular dog sled races are in Iowa/Nebraska, but I would vote that it was cold enough to have one somewhere that is for sure.

We wanted to make sure that grandpawattamie got all the attention her deserved. He was fun to have around. And he totally tore it up on the dance floor.

Oh look how cute. If you look carefully, you can see on of my curls down by my neck that looks like it's kind sprouting from the bottom of my head like it doesn't belong.

These were cute ol' pictures of us going to our bachelorette party that I can't say was terribly exciting, but we did go to applebees and enjoy ourselves. looking silly.

I think we were going after a full windsor?

The following is one table moment full circle of all of us eating our favorite council bluff's food

This was taken before we left. The sun was the enemy that day.

Oh rusty, he was all over trying to play around and sneak in that bathroom for some toilet paper, and he for some reason LOVES flip-flops, as janae about it.

These CB shirts are my favorite because all these pictures are fun to look at, far more than any other pictures of groups of people, I think mostly because we match.

we were trying to get a good jumping picture of rusty too.

Of course there had to be a jam session. It wouldn't normal if something was done. I know that every time we have ever gone anywhere with instruments to play, they inevitably are going to be played.

There will be more pictures to follow, when I get more of course.
